Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she is a coach for athletes. Annie is first woman who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic weightlifter and also a CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity media personality. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. In 2013 and 2017 she took home the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born in Iceland, Reykjavik together with her parents and siblings. Since a young age, Annie was a huge sports enthusiast and loved working out. She won many medals at school events. In 2009, she participated in CrossFit competitions held in California. Her first results were impressive. Annie Thorisdottir will be 31 in 2021. She's 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit at the age of 7 in California. Her performance was impressive during her first competitions. She placed within the top 10 of 70 competitors. But she did not win an award and ended the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. With the guidance of Jami Tikkanen, Annie placed 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. Due to her exceptional performance, she was able to win the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 brought her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she was able to win consecutively. A silver medal was won in 2014; and in 2021, she won an award of bronze at CrossFit Games. Presently Annie works as a trainer and coach for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie's growing popularity as an athlete has made her the face of many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. Furthermore, she runs a Youtube channel titled "Annie" with several thousand followers. These are her training and travel diet video clips.
