Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actor from the United States. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she's been on WarGames in 1985, The Breakfast Club in 1986 and Short Circuit in 1986. In recognition of her role of Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998) Sheedy won an Independent Spirit Award for Best Female lead. Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured as a character actress for the crime-drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal directed the movie and also starred popular actors Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her first success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as being among the the best high school films. While the budget for the film was just $1 million, the film's profits were more than $50 million. Between then, she began to appear on TV in various shows such as CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. In April of 1980, the show was first aired. It was aimed at teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that the actress appeared on. Recent appearances of Sheedy include Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie that tells the story of a hero, in which Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy for her amazing performances has won numerous awards including her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in 2005.
